This page is a sliver of the case-level dataset the parties and I use in employment class
mediations. These charts are aggregated. Behind them are the named settlements, the approval
orders, and a source for every figure. Filter the data to match your case.

collecting court records for. Pending cases are candidates I am working up, so some will not
end up in the dataset. These lists cover the whole dataset and do not change with the filters
