I am an attorney, mediator, and executive with more than 15 years of experience resolving disputes, advising businesses, and leading organizations through complex challenges. I have participated in over 200 mediations as counsel, most of them involving employment claims. My career has spanned law firm practice, executive leadership, and now alternative dispute resolution—giving me a unique ability to balance legal, business, and human concerns.
